We are absolutely delighted that our September 2024 Ofsted report  judged Courtney to be a "Good" in all areas .

The report reflects the huge amounts of work that have been undertaken by staff, Governors and parents/carers.  Ofsted commented on  how ‘The school’s values of ‘nurture, inspire and flourish’ underpin all aspects of the school’s work. Pupils are wonderful ambassadors for the school. They are happy and proud to attend.’

We would love you to take the time to download and read the report in full.

Please find attached our children's performance data for summer 2024.

We had a cohort of 14 children last academic year who did fantastically well despite adversity. We often talk about the importance of assessments in knowing where the children are and their next steps. That is just what they are.  A test, that assesses what our children do and do not know in a given moment. They do not assess someone's character, sense of humour, ability to adapt to change, creative flare, love of  dancing, love of sport or friendship.

Our children are so much more than a Standardised Assessment Test (SATs). So, whilst it is a helpful piece of information, it is only a helpful piece of information.
